Once you have been going for a few months, you can post less often if you want to. I try and post about twice a week when possible, but I've been getting a bit behind recently and only managing 1 post for the last week or so. I also got a bit behind with blog commenting too, but I'm back on it now, as you can see. :) Anyway you've made a great start, I look forward to reading your future posts and seeing where you are up to with the coaching.
