These last few months I've let my energy and motivation dwindle. We just started a workout program this year and I'm finding that it's helping me all around. Both with my motivation online and energy to get things done. I have trouble motivating myself at night after a long day at the day job to get online and work on my business. When I get up in the morning is when I feel most pumped and I'd love to just get online and start working .... but I have to go to work. By the time I get home that energy is gone. I try and live my life by making at least one person smile a day, and try and help someone out at least once a day. It certainly makes life more pleasurable. If we all tried to live our lives not trying to get one over on somenoe else, and giving to others, as you put in your post, then the world would certainly be a much better - and more motivated - place to live in. These dark days of winter in the Northern Hemisphere though do sap life away - but the good news is that in just 8 days time the days start to get longer and the nights shorter. :) Iain.
